When his wife Bonnie started dental hygiene school, Dr. Acree took note that a career in dentistry would combine his artistic abilities with his desire to help people. Dr. Acree was Bonnie’s first hygiene patient, and he loved his experience so much at the dental clinic that he decided to attend dental school.
He graduated from University of the Pacific’s School of Dentistry and has been practicing ever since. Dr. Acree has 20 years of experience and he takes a communicative approach to every appointment, so you can trust that Dr. Acree will deliver exceptional results.

Dr. Nathalie is an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA), California Dental Association (CDA), and American Association of Endodontists (AAE). Outside the clinic, she loves being in nature and is often found exploring new hikes around the Bay Area.
Dr. Kevin Isenhower and I had a very special relationship. He was family, he was my partner in dentistry, and he was my best friend. One of my fondest memories of him is when he was considering dentistry as a change of profession from IT. One day he asked to shadow me at my office, and I remember how amazed I was with how well he connected with people-both patients and the dental team. People could sense from him that he was caring and kind and that it was real, not just professional kindness.
Kevin’s family meant so much to him. I know his career and decisions made were to give his family the best life possible. He loved the holidays and weekends when he could spend time with family and friends, often treating them to some of his wonderful BBQ as his expression of love. He adored his wife, Kim, and was not shy about letting it be known. His thoughtful and caring way with her is one of the qualities I admired most. Kevin was also extremely proud to be a dad and loved talking about his amazing children, Elizabeth, Kathryn, John, and William. Many of our conversations were centered around stories of proud-dad moments. He enjoyed tutoring Liz in chemistry, he bragged about Katie’s baking skills, was proud of John’s accomplishments in football, and enjoyed Will’s energy and excitement for life.
Kevin had many friends from his days in high school, dental school, and time spent at First Baptist Church. He treasured these relationships. Kevin was easy to know, he did not ask for much as he just enjoyed being with people. Some of my fondest memories with Kevin were discussing difficult dental cases, treating our team to an office BBQ lunch, and our weekend fishing trips. I will cherish these times together always.
At Downey Park Family Dentistry, we are proud to be a part of the Modesto community and our service extends further than our office walls. Throughout the year, we give back to Modesto by volunteering our time and talent during mission trips and offering free dental work for patients in need through multiple nonprofits. Dr. Acree is also the Supervising Dental Director of the Hope Dental Van for Nineveh Outreach, a nonprofit that provides free, compassionate, quality dental care to children and adults who are otherwise unable to access health services.
Your dental experience should be comfortable and enjoyable, so our office is designed to make you feel at home. With our modern amenities and warm atmosphere in Modesto, our goal is to provide a dental home where all patients feel welcome.
